75-Minute Intake Session

Service Description

*Intake Sessions are for new clients at the beginning of their journey who will be booking ongoing work with a package of 5, 10, or 15 sessions.* Our collaboration begins with an in-depth intake questionnaire so that our first session can hone right in on some useful tools. We use the intake session as a first step to establish goals and metrics for continuing work together, and you will leave this initial session with at least one tangible thing to implement.
